A Foundation For Lifelong Learning
Koolridge Academy is a private school located in Syokimau, Machakos County, opposite Ubora Gardens on Community Road. We provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment where children from Playgroup through Grade 4 grow into confident, curious and competent learners.
Our programme follows Kenya's Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum, emphasising hands-on learning, creativity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking. With small class sizes and early digital literacy woven into every level, each child receives the personal attention they deserve.

Playgroup

PP2
5 yearsSchool readiness: reading foundations, number concepts, communication and digital play.
Grade 1
6 yearsLiteracy, numeracy, hygiene & nutrition, movement and creative arts competencies.
Grade 2
7 yearsConsolidating reading & writing, mathematical operations and collaborative projects.
Grade 3
8 yearsIndependent reading, problem solving, digital literacy and community-oriented projects.

The Koolridge Journey
Founded as a daycare and kindergarten, Koolridge Academy has grown into a full early-years and lower-primary school serving families in Syokimau and the greater Nairobi metropolitan area. Today we offer Playgroup, PP1, PP2 and Grades 1 to 4 under the CBE curriculum.
